![]() I did see the note about the Clubsport USB adapter, but the way the Drivehub is marketed, wouldn't this bypass this being an issue? I.e, you need the USB adapater to connect an access to the hub, which should then work alongside the Wheel/Pedals plugged into a different port? Or am I just misunderstanding the selling point of the Drivehub? Seems flawed to need the wheelbase or pedals to then get the handbrake working too.ĭrivehub did get back to me, at least first contact anyway, and sent me a diagram illustrating the ClubSport USB Adapater being used alongside a console (can see that diagram at the end of the wizard here ) There is a port that looks like you could put in the RJ12 into, however that is for Thrustmaster products I think. UPDATE: I have a Drivehub Co-pilot too and I don't think that will work either. It certainly isn't as frequent as with the drivehub and dualshock though for sure.Īnyhow, long response, I hope this is helpful though. ![]() I have found that just using the G29 wheel/pedals/shifter alone without the drivehub, it will loose connectivity from time to time and crash into a wall on the PS5 too. It is somewhat workable, however it isn't a total solution. It stays connected much longer than the Dualshock 4 with the USB cable, however after a while it goes haywire too. I already found a Hori FPS wired gamepad and it doesn't work. I also ordered a Nancon wired gamepad too which I will try and post if it works. I have ordered a Hori wired mini gamepad which is supposed to work. ![]() I have the Clubsport V3 pedals coming in tomorrow, so that should work for me.įor getting this setup to work on a PS5 I am going through the same issue as you. It needs to be plugged into a Fanatec Wheelbase or into the Clubsport pedals for it to work on console. It was only after I got the handbrake that I realized it didn't work and why. Also I thought with the drivehub it might work. I got to say I thought this would work too even after looking at the manual and stuff online. If you look at the diagram in the manual it is showing in the diagram that it only works with the Clubsport USB Adapter, however you have to look at the picture a few times before it is really clear. ![]() The issue with the handbake is that it doesn't work with the ClubSport USB Adapter on consoles. Just added Fantatec v1.5 Clubsport Handbrake & Clubsport shifter, so I took the Logitech shifter out of the mix. We have very similar setups and I have run into the same issues as you. I understand a third party wired controller is needed for this, which I have and works with Drivehub and wheel, but still no luck with the handbrake. I've contacted Drivehub support but with no response just yet, I'm hoping r/simracing may come to the rescue with what I might be doing wrong? I'm trying to get this running on Dirt Rally 2.0.Īlso, if any one has experience getting this working on a PS5 that would be appreciated too. However, when plugging them all into the PS4, the wheel and pedals work fine, but I'm getting nothing from the handbrake. As such, I invested in the Fantatec v1.5 Clubsport Handbrake and the Drivehub. You can also customize your configuration by combining this feature to the mechanical regulation system in this way you can experience a lot of new multiple setups and simulate the car that you prefer.Been using the Logitech G29 (with shifter and pedals) for a little while and after doing some research, found that with the use of the Drivehub, I can connect third party peripherals such as handbrakes and use them alongside the G29. “Linear position”, if you’re going to drive a conventional car.“Non-linear” position, if you are going to drive a drift or rally car.You can choose between two switch positions: DEF SYSTEM (DUAL ELECTRONIC FEELING)ĭEF is an innovative system made by 3DRap which allows you to modify the signal response of Akina hydraulic handbrake.
